He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Puszkarski and Aleksander Puszkarski; and his siblings, Maria, Wladyslawa and Ola.
He is survived by: his wife Helena Puszkarska; his children, Miroslaw Puszkarski (Krystyna) and Anna Puszkarska; his grandchildren, Patricia, Adam, Jacek, Johnny and Olivia; and his siblings, Janina and Piotr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
