He is survived by: his wife Zofia Leja; his children, Halina Krzanowski (Mirek) and Andrzej Leja (Marzena); his grandchildren, Sebastian, Oliver, Ania, Lucia and Fabian; and his siblings, Maria Karkoszka (late Jan), Jan Leja (Zofia), Stanislaw Leja (Maria) and Zofia Burdyl (late Jozef). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
