He is survived by: his wife Janina Ciesla; his children, Jacek Ciesla and Jan Dziubek (Magdalena); his grandchildren, Anna Dziubek and Jan Dziubek; his parents, Anna Ciesla and Andrzej Ciesla; and his siblings, Czeslaw Ciesla (Anna) and Bozena Palar (Tomasz). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
