He is survived by: his children, Joseph Marrotta, III (Karyn), Mark Marrotta (Lisa), Christopher Marrotta (Sherrie), John Marrotta (Kelly), Ryan Marrotta (Meghann), Angelina Marrotta, Nicolette Marrotta and Brittany Doughty (Christopher); his grandchildren, Sean Marrotta (Kayla), Kyle Marrotta, Alicia Comparetto (James), Mark Marrotta, Jr., Alexis Marrotta, Brooke Marrotta, Payton Marrotta, John Marrotta, Jr., Anthony Marrotta, MacKenzie Marrotta, Oliver Marrotta, Silas Marrotta and Isabella Marrotta; his great grandchildren, James Comparetto and Greyson Comparetto; and his sister Dorothy "Dottie" Staggs (late Gerald). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
