He was predeceased by: his wife Helene Kasper; his parents, Margaret Kasper and Joseph Kasper; and his brothers, Roger Kasper and Robert Kasper.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony J. Kasper (Laura L.), Mike Kasper (Diane) and Mary Fran Oskvarek (Glenn); his grandchildren, Elyse Stephens (Seamus), Matthew Kasper (Jennifer), Glenn Oskvarek, Joseph Kasper and Alex Oskvarek; his great grandchild Kaleb Kasper; and his siblings, Marjorie Hermann and Ronald Kasper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
