He is survived by: his spouse Ardelle; his children, Jose "Joe" Garcia, Angela Garcia and Rafael Garcia (Rosa); his grandchildren, Mariana, Sara and Leo; his siblings, Teresa, Jesus, Antonio, Refugio, Miguel and Luis; and his close friend Companero of Raul Sanchez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
