He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Klara (Krupinski); his stepmother Frances Slepski (Kurkul); his parents-in-law, Fred and Dorothy Kayser; his brothers, Chester, Edward (Evelyn), Frank (Audrey) and Leonard Slepski; his stepbrothers, Florian Kurkul, Alex Kurkul (Elizabeth), Fritz Kayser and Daniel Kayser (Mary); his niece Cheryl Slepski Brooks; and his nephew Steven Slepski.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia (Kayser); his daughters, Pamela Woltman (Rich) and Patricia Galounis (George); his grandchildren, Eric Woltman, Matthew Woltman (Becky) and Sophia Galounis; his great grandchild Ella Woltman; his nephew Rick Slepski (Mary Lynn); and his niece Susan Slepski. He is also survived by extended family members, Godsons and cherished friends.
