It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Joseph Hagen (Justice, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, LaVerne Hagen and Joseph Hagen; his wife Mariola; his daughters, Lisa Sprovieri (Chuck) and Christine Eckberg (Glen); his stepchildren, Noel Dugic (Carlie Horner), Yasmine Dugic and Erick Dugic (Ewa Czaja); his grandchildren, Blake Cavanaugh (Jessica), Taylor Eckberg and Jacob Eckberg; his sister Carol Misialek (late Steve); his mother-in-law Waleria Aniol; his pet Coco; and his friend I'll.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A prayer was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Fabian Church (7450 W 83rd St, Bridgeview, IL 60455).
