He is survived by: his spouse Nalini Madhav; his children, Prakash Madhav (Lesley) and Taruna Crawford (Bradley); and his siblings, Tulsidas Madhav (late Savita), Jyoti Bilaney (late Ashwani), Jagdish Madhav (Manjula), Madhu Kalra (Lakhmichand), Deepa Soneji (Navin), Harish Madhav (Naina) and Jyoti Gangopadhyay (Subroto).
