He was predeceased by: his parents, Czeslawa Mariak and Waclaw Mariak; and his sibling Wieslaw Mariak. He is survived by: his children, Monika Mariak, Magdalena Zdanewicz (Pawel), Tomasz Mariak and Paulina Komperda (Tomasz); his grandchildren, Jacob, Simon and Theo; his siblings, Kazimierz Mariak (Hanna) and Zdzislaw Mariak (Jadwiga); and also Jolanta Mariak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
