She is survived by: her children, Wieslaw Zajac (Janina), Renata Zajac, Jan Zajac, Monika Gasienica-Samek (Stanislaw) and Alicja Bobak (Krzysztof); her grandchildren, Jessica Zajac, Monika Zajac, Mateusz Bobak, Natalia Zajac, Nicole Bobak and Kamila Gasienica-Samek; and her siblings, Maria Zieba (Alfred), Helena Mietus (late Jozef) and Jozef Bogdal (Krystyna). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
