She was predeceased by: her husband Tadeusz Parzatka; her parents, Helena Pawlikowski and Wojciech Pawlikowski; and her siblings, Jan Pawlikowski (late Maria), Stasiu Pawlikowski, Bronislaw Pawlikowski (Maria) and Aniela Staszel (late Stanislaw).
She is survived by: her children, Donna Parzatka (Frank Sproch), Halina Parzatka (Wieslaw Letawski) and Grace Majerczyk (Andrzej); her grandchildren, Alex, Emilia, Evelyn and Matthew; her siblings, Ludwina Kubina (late Franciszek), Maria Kos (late Stanislaw), Helena Wojtanek (late Jan), Jozef Pawlikowski (Janina) and Stanislaw Pawlikowski (Jozefa); and her sibling-in-law Aniela Sendecka. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines of Phase 4 during this time of Covid -19, the visitation is limited to 50 people or less at any time, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
