She was predeceased by: her husband John Duda; her grandchild Bianca Liptak; her parents, Klementyna Bafia and Jozef Bafia; and her brothers, Andrew Bafia and Joseph Bafia.
She is survived by: her children, Halina Hazemi (Sam), John Duda (Agnieszka) and Mary Ann Liptak (Casey); her grandchildren, Natalie, Monique, Ariana Hazemi, Karina, Angelina, Johnny and Michael Duda; and her sister Zofia Lesnicki. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
