He was predeceased by: his parents, Rozalia Zubek and Ludwik Zubek. He is survived by: his wife Maria Zubek; his children, Tadeusz Zubek (Czeslawa), Grzyna Potawik (Czeslaw), Tomasz Zubek (Ewa) and Maria Zubek (Pawel); his grandchildren, Tadeusz, Natalia, Sylvia, Sabina, David, Patryk, Emilia, Nikola, Viktoria and Julia; his great grandchildren, Macada, Hensley, Amelia, Agustyna and Maksymilian; and his siblings, Maria Cudzich (Wladyslaw), Stanislaw Zubek (Aniela), Aniela Szeliga (Jan), Tadeusz Zubek (Ludwika) and Marian Zubek (Helena). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
