He is survived by: his wife Maria Szlembarska; his children, Andrzej Szlembarski (Bozenka), Eugeniusz Szlembarski (Zuzanna), Stefan Szlembarski, Stanislaw Szlembarski (Elzbieta), Kazimierz Szlembarski (Monika), Jan Szlembarski (Lucyna), Marek Szlembarski (Ewa) and Adam Szlembarski (Katarzyna); his grandchildren, Magda (Tibo), Timoteusz (Nicole), Stefan (Rachael), Kasia, Asia, Ania, Sarah, Marysia, Alicja, Michael, Oscar, Liliana and Zosia; his great grandchild Alice; and his sister Leona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
