He is survived by: his wife Anna Luberda; his children, Renata Byrdak (Tadeusz), Lucyna Szlembarski (Jerzy), Dorota Walkosz (Krzysztof) and Malgorzata Walkosz (Jan); his grandchildren, Tomasz, Daniel, Konrad, Mariusz, Anna, Michal, Claudia, Jacob and Maya; and his siblings, Bronislawa Bielak and Maria Tylecka. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
