He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Kruczak; his parents, Maria Kruczak and Jozef Kruczak; and his siblings, Wladyslaw Kruczak (Zofia), Stanislaw Kruczak (late Teresa) and Andrzej Krzeptowski (Helena).
He is survived by: his children, Helena Rychtarczyk (Mieczyslaw) and Jan Karkoszka (Zofia); his grandchildren, Marciej, Pawel, Mateusz, Wojciech, Barbara, Teresa and Renata; his great grandchildren, Jasiu, Franiu, Ania, Paulina, Kuba and Jan; and his brother Tadeusz Kruczak (Antonina). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
