He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Volk; his parents, Frank Volk and Mafalda Volk; and his brothers, Frank Volk (Tisha) and Gerald Volk.
He is survived by: his children, Candace (Jose), Jimmy (Lisa) and Jeremy (Denise); his sister Deanna Nakayama (Wayne); and his grandchildren, James (Andrea), Matthew, Natalie, Benjamin, Gianna, Emilia and Manny.
