He was predeceased by: his son Michael Cybulski; and his parents, Jean Kolton and Fred Cybulski. He is survived by: his son Brian Cybulski; his significant other Kim Sader; and his siblings, Danny Cybulski (Caprice), Diane Vellegas, Carole Volarich (Darko) and Johnny Cybulski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association are much appreciated.
