She was predeceased by: her spouse Jacek Szerlowski; her child Wieslaw Szerlowski; and her parents, Helena Masny and Roman Karpiel. She is survived by: her children, Agnieszka Leja (Robert) and Krzysztof Szerlowski; her grandchildren, Magda, Kamila, Iwona, Katarzyna, Bartek and Kamil; and her siblings, Anna Kaleciak, Stanislaw Karpiel and Mariola Lukaszczyk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
