It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Matyszczuk (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Bozena Matyszczuk. He is survived by: his parent Wojciech Matyszczuk; and his brothers, Mark Matyszczuk and Adam Matyszczuk (Lauren Derby). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
