She is survived by: her spouse Antoni Spiewak; her daughter Joann Kowalczyk (Casimir); her grandchildren, Steven, Daniel Kowalczyk and Nicole Jaronczyk (Jakub); her great grandchildren, Sebastian and Cecylia; and her siblings, Kasia Dygon (Robert) and Lukasz (Ania). She is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
