We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2020, at the age of 82, Irene M. Chalik (Justice, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Chalik and Stephen Chalik; and her siblings, Jerry Chalik (late Jean) and Dorothy Degner (Bill). She is survived by: her siblings, Jim Chalik (Carmela), Alice Cachura (late Ted) and Greg Chalik (Cindie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.

With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines during this time of Covid -19, the visitation is LIMITED TO ONLY 25 PEOPLE OR LESS AT ANYTIME, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
