She is survived by: her children, Ludmila Fudala (Stefan), Andrzej Gielata (Wiesia), Walenty Gielata and Jan Gielata (Maria); her grandchildren, Christopher Fudala (Maria), Stephen Fudala (Dorota), Danuta Peterson (Henry), Anna Jonczyk (Mateusz), Marcin Gielata, Krzysztof Gielata, Piotr Gielata, Janusz Gielata, Aleksandra Gielata, Robert Gielata and Michael Gielata; her great grandchildren, Kamila, Amelia, Antoni, Steven and Nathan; and her sister Zofia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
