She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stanislaw Kopinski; her children, Joanna Naughton (Kevin), Krystyna Drozek (Michael), Steve Kopinski (Beata) and Irene Jordan (William); her grandchildren, Alex, Steven, Mark, Jack, Kevin, Patrick, Kaitlyn, Thomas, Joey, Jonanthon, Ashley, Jacob, Briana and Zach; her great grandchildren, Krystina and Aedin; her parents, Maria Czubiak and Wladyslaw Czubiak; and her siblings, Joanna Bafia (Stanislaw), Andrzej Czubiak (Ewa) and Marian Czubiak (late Elizabeth). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
