She was predeceased by: her spouse Bronislaw Czubiak; and her parents, Karolina Walus and Andrzej Walus. She is survived by: her daughter Anna Ciezak (Jan); her grandchildren, Szczepan Ciezak, Jozef Ciezak, Sylwia Hudacek (Frantisek) and Karolina Ciezak; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Angelika, Veronika and Vanessa; and her siblings, Maria Mazgaj and Jozefa Wydra. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
