She is survived by: her spouse Jan Chlebek; her children, Pawel Chlebek, Krzysztof Chlebek (Natalia), Magdalena Chlebek (Jarek Budziak) and Anna Chlebek (Bartek Krawczyk); her grandchildren, Kacper, Bartek, Adrian, Kuba, David, Ryan, Sebastian and Jan; and her siblings, Jan Bafia, Marian Bafia and Stanislaw Bafia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
