He is survived by: his wife Theresa Rose Majka; his sons, Anthony John Majka (Laura), Adam Charles Majka (Rachael), Nicholas Paul Majka (Elizabeth) and Jeremy Aaron Majka; his grandchildren, Dorothy Louise Majka, Alexander James Majka, Henry Rhys Majka and Gabrielle Adora Majka; and his brother James Majka (Kathy). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
