He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Helen Mack; his children, David D. Mack, Tracy Jo Fink (Michael) and Victoria McDonough (Vincent); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth, Robert, Frank, David, Stacy and Courtney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
