He is survived by: his wife Janina Zajac; his children, Wieslaw Zajac (Janina), Renata Zajac, Jan Zajac, Monika Gasienica-Samek (Stanislaw) and Alicja Bobak (Krzysztof); his grandchildren, Jessica Zajac, Monika Zajac, Mateusz Bobak, Natalia Zajac, Nicole Bobak and Kamila Gasienica-Samek; and his siblings, Maria Kaluza, Zofia Biedron, Jan Zajac and Czeslawa Smolen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
