He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Stafira; his parents, Maria Stafira and Jozef Stafira; and his siblings, Wladyslaw Stafira (Janina) and Jan Stafira (Maria Ratulowska).
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Stafira (Anna), Stanislaw Stafira (Danuta) and Andrzej Stafira; his grandchildren, Mariola Stafira, Arkadiusz Stafira, Marcin Stafira (Brittney), Michal Stafira, Paulina Stafira (Mateusz May), Veronika Stafira and Adam Stafira; and his siblings, Zofia Orszulak (Jan), Stanislaw Stafiera (Grazyna), Maria (Marian) and Banaszewski (late Marian Gal). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
