He is survived by: his wife Helena Maria Kopec; his children, Jan Kopec (Anna), Piotr Kopec (Sylwia), Andrzej Kopec (Barbara), Stanislaw Kopec (Joanna) and Tomasz Kopec; his grandchildren, Daniel, Izabela, Lukasz, Krystian, Patrycja and Adrian; and his siblings, Bronislawa Biskup (Jozef), Maria Dukups (Andy), Helena Kowalewski (Wieslaw), Stanislawa Luberda, Stanislaw Kopec (Elzbieta) and Jozef Kopec (Helena). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
