He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Sinks and Everett Elias Sinks; and his siblings, Robert, Walter, Virginia, Howard, Arlene, William and George.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sinks; his children, Shannon Richter (Herbert) and Clifford Sinks (Becky); his grandchildren, Joshua Richter, Sophia Richter, Hannah Sinks, Sean Sinks, Chase Sinks and Lorelai Sinks; and his brothers, James and Gerald. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
