He is survived by: his spouse Czeslawa; his children, Katarzyna, Radoslaw and Grzegorz; his grandchildren, Oscar, Victoria, Patrick, Przemek and Marcin; and his siblings, Jozefa, Marysia and Antonina. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
