She is survived by: her children, Daniel V. Perczynski (Kirestan), Mary Beth Perczynski-Nelson (Todd) and Stephan D. Perczynski; her grandchildren, Gage, Torin, Grace, Danielle, Dymond and Corrine; her parent Eugenia Wojciechowski; and her sibling Dorothy Taborsky. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
