She is survived by: her husband James Madeja; her children, Lisa Hermosillo (Dennis), Tony Madeja (Martha Lucero), Jimmy Madeja, Michael Madeja and David Madeja (Kathy); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Amanda, Jessica, Joseph, Michael, Joshua and Cynthia; her great grandchild Lucille; her siblings, Michael Forrester (Marie), Anne Chambers (James), Dolores Fox (Freddy), Maureen Mahon (Pete) and Margaret Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Rosalie Harrison (late Hillery), Anne Marie Zawislak, John Madeja (Deborah) and Joan Madeja. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
