She is survived by: her children, Tadeusz Okreglak, Marek Okreglak (Jadwiga), Malgorzata Okreglak (Pawel Karlo), Piotr Okreglak (Krystyna), Dorota Okreglak (Jacek Zwolen), Marcin Okreglak and Daniel Okreglak (Samantha); her grandchildren, Paulina Okreglak, Karolina Okreglak, Michelle Zubek (Lukasz Roczkowski), Adrian Zubek, Dominika Zubek, Alex Okreglak, Mateusz Okreglak, Lucas Okreglak, Sebastian Okreglak, Asher Okreglak and Christian Karlo; her great grandchildren, Terrel Anthony Jr. Ferguson and Milenka Roczkowski; and her sisters, Maria Kowal (Waclaw) and Janina Gawlak (late Andrzej). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
