She was predeceased by: her spouse Franciszek Peksa; her children, Grazyna Casey, Jozef Peksa and Mieczyslaw Peksa; her grandchild Jesse Casey; and her parents, Antonina Zoltek and Jozef Zoltek.
She is survived by: her children, Aniela Dziaba and Jan Peksa; and her grandchildren, Bernadette Dziaba, Mark Dziaba, Grace Pott (Jeff), Brandon Casey, Sylwester Peksa, Monica Peksa, Marek Peksa, Annette Myrda (Mateusz) and Bogusia Fudala. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A prayer was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Fabian Church (7450 W 83rd St, Bridgeview, IL 60455).
