He was predeceased by: his son Zbigniew Herdzik; and his parents, Michal Herdzik and Waleria Flamer. He is survived by: his wife Maria Herdzik; his child Elzbieta Burdzy; his children-in-law, Marek Burdzy and Anna Herdzik; his grandchildren, Pawel, Marta, Ola, Josh, Marcin, Kasia and Asia; his great grandchildren, Patricia, Peter, Maya, Michael, Aiden and Ava; and his siblings, Andrzej, Mieczyslaw and Barbara. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
