He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Tomczyk and Wladyslaw Tomczyk; and his sister Janina Kwasna. He is survived by: his wife Maria Tomczyk; his children, Mark Tomczyk (Melanie) and Monica Mietus (Marcin); his grandchildren, David, Alexander, Nathaniel, Gabriella and Derek; and his siblings, Franciszek Tomczyk (Krystyna), Tadeusz Tomczyk (Michalina) and Kazimierz Tomczyk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
