With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris M. Kolke (Justice, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Doris may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Benjamin Kolke; her daughters, Patti Schilke (Gene) and Julie Balsamo (Nick); her grandchildren, Brian Balsamo (Andrea Reino) and Michelle Balsamo; and her brother James Eldridge (Carol). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Naperville Area Humane Society are much appreciated.
