She was predeceased by: her husband William Chamberlain. She is survived by: her children, William Chamberlain (Diana) and Karen Chamberlain; and her grandchildren, Krystyn, Alexis, Billy, Lisa, Joey and Davey. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
