He is survived by: his children, James Banich (Amanda), Kelly Smentek (Rick) and Erik Lyewski (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Tyler and Camden; and his brother Michael Lyewski (Irene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
