She was predeceased by: her husband Waldemar Chmielewski; her parents, Maria Gil and Waclaw Gil; and her brother Stanislaw Gil (Miroslawa). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Joanna and Wojciech. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A prayer was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Saint Faustina Kowalska Church (5255 S McVicker Ave, Chicago, IL 60638).
