It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Ann Penzkofer (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on August 10, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adeline Karnas and Sigmund Karnas. She is survived by: her husband Frank Penzkofer; her children, Jeff Penzkofer (Becky) and Jennifer Crowley (Mike); and her grandchildren, Michael Jr., Jeremy, Blake, Jade and Bliss. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines of Phase 4 during this time of COVID-19, the visitation is limited to 50 people or less at anytime, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
