He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Pempek and Albert Pempek. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Pempek; his children, Shaun Burks (Jenessa), Adam Burks (Sarah) and Sarah Miller (Charles); his grandchildren, Kaleah, Zachary, Kahlie, Heather, Addison and Anna Belle; and his sisters, Laura Koszarek and Nancy Mannes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
