She was predeceased by: her husband John Jagiello; her son Eugene Jagiello (Angie); and her parents, Zofia Swiatek and Franciszek Swiatek. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jagiello-Bednarz and Christine Zielinski (John); her grandchildren, Bob C. Bednarz, Kimberly Zielinski, Julie Zielinski, Josie Zielinski, Rene Rodriguez, Christine Radnis, Mark Jagiello, Jennifer Frasch and Michael Jagiello; her great grandchildren, Gianna Rodriguez, Roger Radnis, Henry Radnis, Matthew Jagiello, Alex Jagiello, Viktoria Frasch and Cameron Frasch; and her sister Maria Smolinska. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
