He is survived by: his spouse Malgorzata Walkosz; his children, Wioletta Komperda and Ewa Maria Komperda; his grandchildren, Weronika Kompera, Wiktoria Komperda and Wanessa Komperda; and his sisters, Zofia Hajdari and Maria Ustupski (Franciszek). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
