He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniela Fidermak and Jozef Fidermak; and his brothers, Jozef Fidermak and Stanislaw Fidermak. He is survived by: his wife Janina Fidermak; his children, Jacek Fidermak (Renata), Teresa Ustupski (Marek) and Adam Fidermak (Agnieszka Bialas); his grandchildren, Damian Fidermak, Mark Ustupski, Jr., Michael Ustupski, Michelle Ustupski and Olivier Bialas-Fidermak; and his great grandchild Enzo Fidermak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
