She is survived by: her grandchildren, Philip J. Lukowski (Debbie), Lori A. Ryan (Sean), Richard J. Lukowski (Karen), Gina M. Sawyer (Gene), Madison Lukowski, Delaney Lukowski, Samantha Ryan, Annie Ryan, Emma Ryan, Sean Ryan, Michael Ryan, Richie Lukowski, Luke Lukowski, Shea Sawyer and Scarlet Sawyer.
